How to use a magnetic polishing machine safely

Recently, our customers in Southeast Asia and the Middle East have been asking me about how to safely use magnetic polishing machines. Based on this, I will share the safe operation procedures of our core product series on the website.

1. To stay safe and avoid fire, do not spill liquids and water onto wires and plugs, as well as on the rear cover cooling fan.

2. Do not put magnetic workpieces into processing (e.g. iron, magnetic workpieces) when using this equipment, you need to contact the manufacturer when needed.

3. When the parts of the equipment are damaged or the work is abnormal, immediately cut off the power supply and stop working and notify the after-sales service personnel.

4. When the surface of the machine heats up, pay attention to check whether the cold air cooling fan on the back cover is running normally. High temperature application is prohibited.

5. Turn off the power supply when the device is not in use, cutting off the total power supply.

6. atThe W model power supply needs to be equipped with an overcurrent switch, and it is recommended to choose within 6A.

7. The P-type machine should not work at low frequency for a long time, lightning may cause damage to the machine.

8. When using the PY model, pay attention to whether the steel needles will accumulate in a certain area of the polishing tank, and if found, the operator needs to manually disperse the grinding steel needles to protect the equipment and improve the consistency of polishing.
